Moisturizer

This primer is made to enhance your skin and makeup application. It’s a water-based formula that helps keep your makeup looking fresh all day. It’s also perfect if you have dry or sensitive skin. This primer can be used as an under-eye primer before applying eyeshadow or eyeliner, or it can be used alone as a moisturizer.
